The first level of Roofers Union, on 18th street level, boasts has its own patio space and intimate shotgun style floor-plan, showcasing exposed brick, a zinc bar top, antique lighting and a beautiful church sign letter board with our featured specials. Seven guest tables are available first come first serve, or join us at 10 bar seats with one of our wine (friendly) bartenders!
We host happy hour Tuesday-Friday from 5 to 7pm where guests can enjoy $4 local draft beers: Port City Optimal Wit, DC Brau Pilsner, and Atlas Dance of Days, $6 wines by the glass, and $6 rail spirits. We have curated a menu of bar snacks, cheese & charcuterie boards, as well as pressed sandwiches and plates that also can serve as a light meal in their own right…all to the beats of our very own turntable & sound system!
The intimate space is also perfect for after work cocktails, aperitifs on date night or your next private event! Jug & Table accommodates a variety of group sizes with capacity for up to 50 people at a time. For booking contact us via email.

The second floor dining room boasts floor to ceiling windows that display the colorful 18th Street corridor. Designed to be a contemporary beer garden, we offer great flexibility no matter the size of your group. The 14 seat bar boasts 22 beers on tap including two cask ales and a vast array of craft spirits including bourbon, ryes and scotch whiskeys. The dining room can accommodate a sit down group of 105 people or up to 150 people as a standing reception.
The wide open space occasionally hosts beer dinners and other events and parties. It also boasts 4 large HD TVs that offer great views to catch local and major sporting events. The covered open air rooftop is available seasonally, and offers the best views of Washington DC’s Adams Morgan neighborhood. The 15 seat horseshoe bar is known for its signature punch bowls and frozen craft cocktails. Whether you’re in the mood for some al fresco dining or late night drinks in the open air, you won’t find a better place to spend a relaxed evening with friends or family.
